I am a glass artist, fashion designer and writer, as well as a professor at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I specialize in kiln-formed glass and hold regular classes and workshops for aspiring glass artists.
I combine my love of fashion and glass into a unique form of wearable glass including corsets, bandeaus, and swimwear which have appeared on catwalks at the:
I explore theories of fashion and glass in relation to the consumer culture by focusing on women, gender, image and memory. One of the challenges I faced with creating wearable glass was developing a technique that followed the form of the female body.
5 Week Sessions or individual class

$235 for 5 week session or $50 per class includes:
· instruction by glass artist
· assortment of accessory glass
o bits and pieces
o recycled glass
· firing of 18”x18” shelf per week
· use of tools and equipment
Glass will be available to purchase or students can bring their own Bullseye Glass.
Additional firings are available at $35

Workshops for up to 20 participants offsite or 6 participants at the studio.
Workshop themes can be customized such as:
· First Fusing- beginner
· Wine Down- make a cheese plate and knife while sipping on wine
· Mask making
· Art Deco wall art
· Make glass Mezuzahs
· Self Portraits
Students are encouraged to learn the basics of glass fusing and then envision and create their own art collection.
